Flathead Lake

Flathead Lake

I saw Flathead Lake with my mentor last month. It’s a beautiful place.

My mentor drove from Missoula to Flathead Lake for two hours. There are many great houses near the Flathead Lake. My mentor has a big house close to the lake. We walked to the lake. There was much snow on the mountains around the lake. Flathead Lake was blue, the trees were just yellow and the snow was white. Together, it was very pretty. There were many birds flying in the sky. And some people were playing golf near the lake.

I think this is a nice place. If I had a house here, I’d probably do my research here, because it’s a very quiet place.

My mentor told me, “Flathead Lake will be most beautiful in summer!”

I’m going to go to Flathead Lake in summer again. I want to play in the lake. It will be fun!

Hey, look!

Hey, look. This girl must be happy. She might be at home with her dog. She could be drinking a cup of coffee and read a book.

The dog may be talking with his owner. It might be going out with his owner.

Technologies make my life change

Technologies make my life change

Technologies make my life change.

For example, internet makes the world small. Although I’m living in USA and my family’s living in China, we can talk each other every day for free. I would send my pictures for my daughter by internet every time, so she could know my life in Missoula. I would write down some thing about my study in my blog, so my friends could share some feeling from my realized.

This change makes something easy, also this change makes everybody busy.

Things I’d change

Things I’d change

If I had last year to live over again, I would definitely learn more English.

I’d probably remember more new English words and I’d listen to more English songs. I’d try to read English stories and I’d probably watch more English TV.

I’d improve my English’s speaking, listening, reading and writing.

I have an apartment in Missoula

I have an apartment in Missoula. It’s in the University Village.

When you open the front door, it’s my living room. There are two sofas and a coffee table in the living room. Near the window, there is a TV in front of the sofas.

Next to the living room, there is my dining room and kitchen. I always cook many Chinese foods for dinner. Everyday, I study in my dining room.

Between the living room and the dining room, there is a hall to my bedroom and washroom. Inside, on the right, the first room is the washroom, and the second room is my bed room. On the left, there are two guest rooms. But nobody uses them.

My rules for living

My rules for living

1. Never complain if life’s unfair.

2. Never blame other people for my problems.

3. Never talk about my friends behind their backs.

4. Never borrow money from my friends.

5. Always forgive my family or friends for making mistakes.

6. Often help other people to do something that I can do.

If I had a million dollars

If I had a million dollars, I’d really set up a beautiful school. This school is a children’s paradise. Every kid could very happy to learn and live. This school is a teacher’s fairyland. Everyone could harmonious with them colleagues and they could make an excellence team. This school is my family. I could come true my dream: Enjoy work! Enjoy love! Enjoy life!

If I had a million dollars, I’d probably go to circumnavigation. From Egypt’s pyramids to Athens Olympiad Site, from Central America’s Maya Civilization to Hanging Gardens of Babylon, from tropical rainforest to Antarctic glacier…I will travel the scenic spots and historical sites from all parts of the world, I will experience different life.

If I had a million dollars, I want to endow some children that can't go to school because them poverty. I think they will carry the schoolbag to go to the school as other children, they will experience the happy study and life, and they will enjoy bright study time.
